There are a number of low-sugar, high-fat diets that are popular among older adults.

They include the Mediterranean diet, the Atkins diet, which is low in sugar, and the Paleo diet, all of which can be high in fat.

The Atkins diet is also considered a healthful diet, but there are health risks.

When you’re older, you’re probably eating more calories, and you’re consuming more carbohydrates than you were at the beginning of your life.”

For people with a compromised immunity, eating foods high in sugar may be too much, especially in older adults with weakened immunity.

“If you have weakened immune system or a weakened immune response, you might not be able to tolerate certain foods,” says Ludwig.
