Liquid diets are a great option for those who need to lose excess weight and gain more muscle mass.

“However, they are not a suitable option for everyone who wants to lose fat and maintain a healthy weight, as they can make you fatter and more insulin resistant.”

“The benefits of liquid diets can be more pronounced for those with type 2 diabetes and heart disease.”

The liquid diet campaign is also calling for a national debate on the role of liquid dieters in the diet.

The government has pledged to publish a report into the health effects of liquid eating, which is due in 2019.

While the liquid diet has been gaining popularity, its health benefits have been under scrutiny.

Dr. Robert Ladd, the chief medical officer of the British Association of Diabetes Care, told The Times that liquid diets should be “treated with caution”.

“The risk of complications is low and the weight loss can be very good, but there are risks of hypoglycaemia, blood clots, stroke and death,” he said.

“There is no evidence to suggest that a liquid meal, a low-fat diet or a low carbohydrate diet can replace a normal diet.”

He added that the liquid diets that were in place today were “not suitable for everyone”.

“You have to be careful that you are eating a lot of these things, because you might be putting your health at risk,” Dr. Ladd said.

“You don’t want to overdo it, because people get fat.

They get a lot worse.

They might end up with type II diabetes.”

However Dr. Peter Smith, the director of research and practice at the British Diabetes Foundation, told the newspaper that the evidence to support the effectiveness of liquid meals is very limited.

He added: “The amount of evidence that is available about the impact of a liquid intake is pretty thin.”

Dr Smith said that he did not believe that the use the liquid food concept was “a bad idea” for those on a liquid or a liquid-restricted diet, saying that the diet “provides a variety of healthy foods that are good for your body and your metabolism”.

“We’re not talking about an artificial sugar or artificially sweetened food,” he added.

“We’re talking about foods that we normally eat, that have a lot in them that are healthy.”

There is also some evidence to show that liquid dieting can help with some conditions such as heart disease, as the BDFF points out.

But Dr. Smith also noted that the health benefits of the liquid approach are not universal.

“[For] some people, they lose weight, they feel better, they don’t have any problems with diabetes,” he explained.

And while liquid diets might be good for some people in some circumstances, there are “some limitations to liquid diets,” according to Dr. Stephen Firth, a specialist in nutrition at the University of East Anglia.

According to Dr Firth: “People who are on a low carb or low fat diet may have to make do with the traditional sugar and salt diets.

People on a high fat diet might need to cut back on carbohydrates and calories to keep weight off.”

For some people on a ketogenic diet, the liquid meal could be a good idea, but it’s not for everyone.

“Other benefits of a high carbohydrate or low protein diet include the elimination of sugar and the removal of excess salt, he added, but he warns that the effects are not uniform.

It’s possible to lose a lot more weight if you are following a liquid and a liquid restricted diet, Dr. Firth added.
