When it comes to cancer prevention, one of the best ways to reduce your risk of the disease is to eat less rice.

Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and Massachusetts General Hospital have found that rice is good for your heart.

The researchers used a new algorithm to identify heart health indicators and predict heart disease in nearly 100,000 people in the U.S. and Canada.

The algorithm found that eating less rice is associated with a higher risk of death from heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

The risk was highest in people with hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.

“There is no doubt that rice intake may reduce your heart risk,” said Jennifer C. Sorensen, a postdoctoral researcher in the HSPH Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.

“But it also has some beneficial effects on blood pressure, which is good because it’s associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

So it’s important to get the right rice to the right places.”

The study is published online in the American Journal of Cardiology.

“This is a new finding, and it has implications for rice consumption and prevention, particularly in Asian countries where rice consumption is low,” Sorenesen said.

“We are seeing that there is a connection between rice consumption, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes.”

The findings could have implications for other health-related food items.

For example, people who eat a lot of fried rice, which contains added sugar and fat, may be more prone to heart disease than those who eat fewer fried rice items.

“If you eat fried rice a lot, you can be vulnerable to heart attacks, and people who are overweight are also at a higher susceptibility to heart attack,” said Soreleson.

“People who eat more rice are more likely to have a heart attack, so it’s something that needs to be looked at.”

According to the U, there are roughly 3 billion people in China, India, and South Korea who eat less than a cup of rice a day.

If the number of people in each country consumes as much as rice per capita, rice would be the third-most consumed food in each of those countries.

The study was conducted by researchers from the Harvard Food Science and Technology Institute (FSTI), the University of Minnesota, and the Harvard Health Alliance.
