“We’re just trying to find a way to help with inflammation and it’s a really powerful diet,” says Dr. Daniel R. Siegel, a professor of internal medicine at the University at Buffalo and an adjunct professor at New York University.

“The combination of this diet with other anti-inflammatories could potentially help you feel a lot better.”

Dr. Skelton, who studies the relationship between inflammation and chronic disease, says it is possible to have a healthy inflammatory state without a high intake of protein and other micronuts.

“In some cases, you might have high inflammation in response to some medications, or if you’re overweight,” Dr. N. Szelinger says.

“However, a healthy diet that is low in protein and micronUTs would have the potential to lower inflammation and may be helpful in preventing disease.”

This is a big deal.

“I think it is the first time that a study has looked at the effects of protein-rich plant foods in inflammatory disease, which is very exciting because it’s something that we know is beneficial in other ways,” Dr Siegel says.

One of the ways this study is different is that it is a randomized controlled trial.

It does not have the benefit of looking at how a specific protein could benefit a person’s health, or how a plant-based diet could help a person with inflammatory disease.

The study included 1,200 people.

There were three groups: those who ate no protein, those who had a moderate intake of proteins, and those who got a high protein intake.

The protein in the protein-poor group included pea, hemp, and spinach.

The low protein group included legumes, beans, and lentils.

“Protein-poor diet” means eating more than a typical person eats in a day.

“High protein intake” means a person has about 15 grams of protein per day.

The researchers found that the people who ate the low protein diet had an average of 10 grams of extra protein in their diets compared to people who had the moderate protein intake in the study.

The people who got the high protein diet also had higher amounts of extra fiber, magnesium, and calcium, which could help people who suffer from inflammatory diseases.

“A low protein intake does have some benefit, but it doesn’t make sense to put protein into a high-protein diet,” Dr Zorros says.
