Eating a lot of fruit and vegetables is good for your health, according to a new study.

It also helps combat your thirst.

Dr. Golo Dieter, a researcher at the Harvard School of Public Health, says the fruit and vegetable diet can help curb blood pressure and prevent stroke and heart disease.

The new study found fruit and/or vegetable consumption may also be associated with lower rates of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and colon cancer, and it can improve blood clotting.

The study also found people who ate more fruit and veggies had lower levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose.

“We are really trying to put fruit and greens on the table,” Dieter said.

“If you’re eating fruit and carrots, you’re going to have lower levels.

We’re looking at how much fruit and the vegetables you’re putting on the menu.”

Dieter says the health benefits of eating fruit have been well-established for decades.

He says it’s important to consider what kind of fruits are healthy, especially for the elderly and people with certain medical conditions.

“There’s not a whole lot of research out there on fruit and leafy greens,” Dieters research assistant said.

The researchers found that eating more fruits and veggies was associated with reduced risk of diabetes, and people who took part in the study were about two-and-a-half times less likely to have Type 2 diabetes.

People who ate at least 1 cup of fruit a day had a 30 percent reduced risk for diabetes compared to those who ate less than 1 cup a day.

Dieters researchers found eating at least 3 cups of fruits a day also lowered the risk of type 2 diabetes by about 30 percent.

The findings are based on data from more than 12,000 participants in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, which includes more than 5 million people in the United States.

The study was published in the journal Obesity.

Around 40% of the food we eat is artificial sweetener, according to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The majority of this comes from the products of sugar beet, beet juice, cane sugar and sucrose.

A recent survey by the British Nutrition Foundation found that almost one in five British adults (19%) said they have used artificial sweetening in the past year.

In a world where artificial sweetened beverages are ubiquitous and increasingly popular, it’s not surprising that companies are now looking to move away.

But, the food industry is still struggling with the challenge of replacing the chemicals in our food.

The UK is one of the biggest users of artificial sweetenings and this is where the food and beverage industries are struggling.

It’s a huge challenge, as the food companies are the ones that control the market.

It would be difficult to make a change from a highly processed sugar syrup to a sugar-free product.

In the UK, around half of all sugar used is made from beet juice and cane sugar, the second most common sugar in the country, behind cane sugar.
