Eating a lot of fruit and vegetables is good for your health, according to a new study.

It also helps combat your thirst.

Dr. Golo Dieter, a researcher at the Harvard School of Public Health, says the fruit and vegetable diet can help curb blood pressure and prevent stroke and heart disease.

The new study found fruit and/or vegetable consumption may also be associated with lower rates of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and colon cancer, and it can improve blood clotting.

The study also found people who ate more fruit and veggies had lower levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose.

“We are really trying to put fruit and greens on the table,” Dieter said.

“If you’re eating fruit and carrots, you’re going to have lower levels.

We’re looking at how much fruit and the vegetables you’re putting on the menu.”

Dieter says the health benefits of eating fruit have been well-established for decades.

He says it’s important to consider what kind of fruits are healthy, especially for the elderly and people with certain medical conditions.

“There’s not a whole lot of research out there on fruit and leafy greens,” Dieters research assistant said.

The researchers found that eating more fruits and veggies was associated with reduced risk of diabetes, and people who took part in the study were about two-and-a-half times less likely to have Type 2 diabetes.

People who ate at least 1 cup of fruit a day had a 30 percent reduced risk for diabetes compared to those who ate less than 1 cup a day.

Dieters researchers found eating at least 3 cups of fruits a day also lowered the risk of type 2 diabetes by about 30 percent.

The findings are based on data from more than 12,000 participants in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, which includes more than 5 million people in the United States.

The study was published in the journal Obesity.

But the military has also used a combination of carbs and fat as a way to keep its troops active.

Now, the military is experimenting with a new approach to weight loss that could help keep soldiers healthy and happy.

The new diet, developed by military doctors, is aimed at helping soldiers lose weight and get into better shape.

The soldiers will be able to choose between two different diets.

One will include a “diet of ketosis,” or low-carb, and another will include high-carb and high-fat diets.

The military’s diet plan is designed to help soldiers gain the necessary muscle mass they need to perform at their best, and keep them away from diabetes and high blood pressure.

The Pentagon has already implemented a new, high-protein diet in the military, which includes a lot of meat.

But it hasn’t followed suit with a low-protein and low-fat diet.

This new approach is aimed to help military personnel lose more muscle mass, while keeping their blood sugar levels at a healthy level.

The Pentagon plans to test the diet over several weeks, and will determine whether it’s effective.

The military diet plans to take effect in December.

The first group of soldiers will begin with a simple, low-calorie diet, which consists of a diet of three cups of rice, four cups of potatoes, one cup of corn and a tablespoon of olive oil.

The second group will start with a high-caloric diet, consisting of three tablespoons of butter and three cups in a small bowl.

The third group will get the new diet.

The new diet will consist of a high fat diet, three cups oatmeal with a serving of whole grain bread, three tablespoons butter, one tablespoon olive oil, two cups rice and a cup of beans.

The soldier will be instructed to add three tablespoons peanut butter, and one tablespoon chocolate chip cookies.

During the three-month trial period, the soldiers will get four cups oat bran cereal, one large glass of water, one small glass of lemonade, one serving of chocolate chip cookie dough and one serving with peanut butter.

During the first year of the diet, the soldier will get a medium-calories diet, with a glass of juice and one small serving of peanut butter and chocolate chip treats.

After two months, the third group of troops will start a low fat diet.

They’ll get four large glasses of water and one glass of orange juice, and a serving each of peanut, peanut butter or peanut butter with chocolate chips.

During one month, they’ll get a small glass or two of orange soda, and they’ll add peanut butter cookies.

After five months, soldiers will switch to a high protein diet.

Their diet will include one medium glass of green tea with a cup each of green, red and white chocolate chips, and two large glasses.

The next group of soldier will begin the high fat regimen, which will consist in one serving each oatmeal and one medium serving of white bread.

They will be encouraged to eat three servings of chicken breast and a medium serving each green bean.

At the end of the trial period of two months each, the final group will switch back to the normal diet.

It will get one medium-size glass of grapefruit juice and a small serving each serving of orange and orange juice.

After eight months, they will switch again to the new low- fat regimen.

The diet will be the same, but the soldier is instructed to eat two small servings of tuna with one serving whole-grain bread and one large serving each tomato and cheese.

At that point, the Army plans to run a full-scale study to see if the military can stick with its new low carb diet.

But if it doesn’t work, they’re looking to switch to the high protein and high fat diets.

“The new military diet is the perfect blend of low fat and high protein,” says Army Colonel Daniel Karp, who leads the military’s Department of Physiology and Pharmacology.

“It is a way for soldiers to get into the right diet to maintain their muscle mass while maintaining their blood pressure and overall health.

I have been impressed by the ability of the military to make this a viable option.””

The Pentagon says it plans to implement the military diet in phases over the next few years, with each phase lasting a few months.
